Overview
We stand behind every product we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement.
Manufacturing Defects
If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect (layer separation, warping, broken parts, or structural issues) you're entitled to a full replacement at no cost.
Just send us a photo of the issue and we'll ship a new one immediately.
Minor Cosmetic Issues
For minor cosmetic imperfections (small surface marks, slight color variation) that don't affect function, we offer a partial store credit.
We prioritize replacements over refunds. It's better for you and better for the planet.
Change of Mind
Since every product is made to order, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind. If you're unsure about a product, reach out before purchasing. We're happy to answer questions.
Exclusions
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper care (e.g., dishwasher, high heat)
- Normal wear and tear after extended use
- Digital products (STL files, e-books, printables). All sales final
- Products returned after 30 days without prior approval

Product Care
To keep your tools in great shape:
- Hand wash only, no dishwasher
- Avoid prolonged exposure to heat or moisture
- Store in a cool, dry place
- Handle gently. Don't drop or apply excessive force
